Information and services
In compliance with the current security measures envisaged for the contrast and containment of the Covid-19 virus and for the protection of the health of staff and users, the services to the public of the Library will be guaranteed in the manner provided for in the following Regulations and upon completion of the following Self Certification form
Otherwise the Library respects the following regulation:
Opening to the public:
- Tuesday from 9.00am to 17.00pm
- Wednesday and Thursday from 9.00am to 16.30pm
- Friday from 9.00am to 16.00pm

Access to the Library is free, upon presentation of an identity document. A registration form is required.
Consultation is scheduled at the site, with the exclusion of the home loan.
Interlibrary loan, both national and international, of general funds, excluding historical funds and publications prior to 1950, collections of volumes, periodicals and publications with characteristics such as to determine their rarity or perishability.
The requests for consultation can be forwarded during the distribution hours; the volumes consulted can be left in storage for 7 days.
Users can photocopy and photograph all the bibliographic material kept, according to the laws in force (limit of 15% of each publication or magazine dossier pursuant to Law No. 248/2000), except for the material that, in the opinion of the Manager, could be damaged by this operation.
Users can be assisted in consulting the National Library Service for the construction of bibliographies and the identification of other libraries that preserve useful material for research.
Document Delivery: the library staff is available to answer questions, requests for information, perform bibliographic searches on Opac available on the Internet from other documentation centers and obtain material from other libraries. These requests can be forwarded either by phone or via e-mail. Documents can be sent in digital format.
Users can propose the purchase of monographs or periodicals.
