Giulio Andreotti Archive and 2018 The Year of Italian food

In 2018, Luigi Sturzo Institute published a selection of institutional menus belonging to the Giulio Andreotti Archive.

The documents narrate the various breakfasts, cocktails and dinners attended by Senator Andreotti along with the other numerous political figures and institutions of the time.

A reportage / review / collection of digitized images that tell, through food, the history of our society, of institutional relations and of the evolution of gastronomic culture, highlighting how even this last patrimony is part of Italian identity.
