There are 22 folders of the Scelba Law and Neofascism (1947-1978) of the Giulio Andreotti archive that retrace the long process of law n. 70’s.

Starting from the work of the Constituent Assembly, through legislative and jurisprudential sources, parliamentary acts and judicial authorities, the papers constitute a precious testimony and an opportunity for reflection on the origin of the XII transitional and final provision of the our Constitution.
