The intervention wants to reflect on the difficult condition in which European democracy lives today, following the promotion by the Luigi Sturzo Institute, the Circolo Rosselli Foundation, the Gramsci Foundation and the Ugo La Malfa Foundation and the subscription by numerous Foundations and Cultural Institutes, of the Manifesto “The cultures of the Republic for Europe” of March, 7th 2019.
