Memory, cultural heritages, Europe

In July, the Institute launched a new European initiative involving universal civil service volunteers who collaborate at 4 Roman cultural institutes: Luigi Sturzo Institute, Lelio and Lisli Basso Foundation, Murialdi Foundation, Sraffa Center.

Volunteers take part in a research-action aimed at enhancing cultural skills and the role of cultural heritage as a tool to know and interpret our history, Italian and European, and our roots, but also our present, our societies and current challenges.

Each group of volunteers will talk about the path they are carrying out in the archives and their experience through creative products, such as videos and blogs, using innovative methodologies such as digital storytelling. The results will finally be shared with other European realities with a view to exchanging experiences in the context of the Art-Connection project, of which the Institute is a partner.
