Giulio Andreotti Archive: when the story is told through caricatures

There are 3838 caricatures and satirical-humorous cartoons collected by Giulio Andreotti, concerning himself and the most significant events that cover the years from 1948 to 2004.

In the collection are stigmatized, at national and international level, the daily events, the behaviors and defects of politicians, the customs, the fashion and the contradictions of society, testifying to how history can also be told through the caricatural representation of its most influential characters.

Much of the documentation was preserved in the form of press clippings extracted from newspapers, magazines, periodicals or reproductions taken from catalogs and publications.
