The growing indifference towards politics and parties risks favoring a regression of the democratic forms of life of the country and of Europe, as well as a dangerous distancing of citizens, especially young people, from institutions.
Luigi Sturzo Institute in collaboration with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation intends to reflect on the transformations of society and on the marked discomfort that contemporary democracies are experiencing, in the awareness that the latter still represent today, both in the West and in the rest of the world, the only a political form that allows citizens to exercise a choice regarding the fundamental questions of their common destiny.
